First off, MAJOR props to AppleCare - I contacted them on Monday for help, got a box for shipping and sent my lappy off on Tuesday, twiddled my thumbs yesterday, and got it back before noon today! Speedy much? And not only did they fix it (replaced the keyboard), but they replaced my top case and battery and cleaned the screen and case too! I cannot express how happy I am that I switched to Mac.

Moving on, time for eliminations! I tried to vote for Danny but just got busy signal after busy signal. Did any of you get through? (more…)

Unfortunately, the shift and return keys on my lappy are on the fritz, and I’m just not comfy doing a whole big write-up on my way-too-clicky USB keyboard, so… I’m taking a break this week. Hopefully, the ol’ book will be fully functional again in time for next week’s episodes. See you all then!
